2. Communicate with designer: In "Talk more about your fur baby", tell us more about your fur baby's characteristics.
3. Preview: Receive a digital preview within 14-30 business days.
4. First stage - Sculpture adjustments:
‧ Progress photos will be shared via email/IG upon sculpture completion
‧ 24-hour confirmation window to request one modification
‧ Additional modifications: HKD 80 for each visit.
‧ Delayed responses will auto-confirm the current version.
5. Second stage: Color refinements:
‧ Progress photos will be shared via email/IG upon painting completion
‧ 24-hour confirmation window to request one modification
‧ Additional modifications: HKD 80 for each visit.
‧ Delayed responses will auto-confirm the current version.
6. Final product: A photo of the final product will be shared via email/IG before shipping.
